We conduct group training (usually for groups of similar experience levels) in improving client relations, client service, and client development.  Although many firms may find this service useful for groups of lawyers, more specific and intensive coaching can be done at the individual level. In a series of regularly scheduled one-to-one meetings, lawyers can confidentially discuss particular relationships and circumstances. We assign discrete tasks and encourage a thorough, introspective search into how any individual lawyer can best maximize his or her client-development and client-generation potential.

I met K.C. Victor in 1998 as I was leaving Pacific Enterprises after many years of service there.
